It's gritty, gutsy, gorgeous and VERY invigorating!

What happens?

*Thorough warm-ups & moves to limber up

*Traditional & contemporary Afro-inspired dances

*The fun and social interaction of dancing to energy-filled drumming.


Cycle of African Dance runs for 4 weeks

Feb 13, 20, 27 & March 6 (16+): 6:30-7:30 pm

Casual rate: $15 per class, Cycle rate: $55 (saving of $5)

*Any level of experience is welcome. 16+
